Can recommend Kyoto and Osaka! Amazing places! can’t wait to go back to Japan in the future!
  2. They know Brexit has very few if any positives but this is yet to bear out due to covid. Why not grant themselves another five years to continue with the plundering of the state.
  3. Dodds out, reeves in. Absolutely predictable this shower.

    Joe Willock

Indeed, no option to buy right? if so. Why would Arsenal sell at a price Ashley is willing to pay.
  5. Couldn’t agree more with this. The left have to convey a new vision for the future which is credible. they have to rebrand and actually stand behind what they believe and stop being defensive they second they are attacked.
  6. I think it means different things in different places. I think Wullie is saying you can’t refer to the working class as a homogenous group with the same voting preferences.
  7. This is massive imo. But to be fair, the entire media seems to go to bat for them so it isn’t that surprising.
  8. I think it’s fair to say yes.
  9. If that’s the case I wish you all good luck and Godspeed.
  10. I think the approach was based upon showing a United front in a time of crisis etc. But with the Tories it’s simply not an option, they don’t play by these rules and couldn’t careless about the national interest. Unfortunately you have to hold them to account without relent, you have to be out front showing the people how bad they are whilst sharing your vision. You can’t bring a knife to a gun fight.
  11. Which is highly disturbing. The politically engaged members of this forum don’t know what the lead of the opposition stands for. I mean, I know his parents were socialists etc but what about him? What does he stand for? What’s his vision?
  12. Ah well. This is a great time for a shadow cabinet reshuffle. Labour will need themselves a scapegoat to make it look like they are doing something. Rachel reeves is waiting for that show chancellor gig.
  13. I mean. I’m overseas so I can’t follow everything but what do labour even stand for under Starmer? Does anyone actually know?
  14. Labour couldn’t even hold the government to account for its handling of the pandemic. literally too scared to rock the boat.
