  1. They've literally won 9 (and drawn 3) of their last 12 league games, and one of those draws was a 97th minute equaliser, which I'd imagine would feel more like a win at the time. They do have some tough games remaining, and most of them do have something to play for, but you can't really argue with their form over the past couple of months.

Aye, it was a piss poor card. I haven't looked much at Blaydes v Volkov but if that's the main event I'm not hopeful at all. I really like Vettori as a fighter though, I think he actually has given Adesanya his toughest fight yet. Hope he gets a ranked opponent next and makes a surge. The co-main Emmett vs Burgos looks the best fight on that card IMO. There perhaps does seem to be a more emphasis on quantity over quality at the moment in these regular Fight Nights, but I'm still happy they are putting stuff on, and it's been a hell of a lot better than boxing's return thus far. Na, same time for US market, unfortunately. Wasn’t (pourier khabib I think?) on at like 9pm here? That was on at a much better time for us, but 251 is definitely a 3am main card start for the UK (6am in Abu Dhabi), probably something to do with the lack of gate. Not fully sure about the 3 other regular Fight Nights over there, but think they are on at the same as the (US) PPV as well. 👏🏻 Till v Whittaker confirmed? Yep, 4th and final UAE card on July 25th. Looking forward to that one.

  6. Quite interesting seeing the contrast of his goal stats in Sky games vs non Sky games He has 19 goals in 20 league games overall On Sky, he missed the Brighton game but has scored 2 goals in our other 8 live games, both against Leeds. So in the other 12 games (not on TV) he has 17 goals.
  7. Massive match tomorrow. If MU lose tomorrow they are guaranteed to finish exactly 4th. If it's a draw tomorrow, Arsenal can guarantee at least 3rd with a win over Sunderland on Wednesday or effectively seal it with a draw against Sunderland (there would need to be an 8 goal swing on final day to cost them). A MU win tomorrow will guarantee that it goes down to the final day, so we could really do with MU winning tomorrow.
  8. 5 vs 2 is a week on Wed. 4 vs 3 is a week on Thurs (hopefully Heed get thus as I wouldn't mind seeing Chelsea vs Atletico, ha) Second legs are both a week on Sunday. A win will do, a point will do, a loss will do if Braintree don't win. A 1 goal defeat will do if Braintree only win by 1. A 3 goal swing in a Heed loss and Braintree win will see Heed out. Despite Cambridge guaranteed 2nd and lost 3 on the spin, still a bit of work to do as Grimsby might rest a few against Braintree.

    Sunderland

Arsenal v Everton Hull City v Sunderland Sheffield United v Charlton Athletic Manchester City v Wigan Athletic So it's got to be an Arsenal/Everton vs City final then. Ideally Arsenal-City in case Man Utd pip Everton for 6th
  10. Get in, we might finish 8th instread of 9th
  11. Anyone know the details for Monday night? Will it just be the usual £3 on the door, or will they hike it up? Will Sunderland fans have their own end? What sort of attendance do you reckon there will be? I will probably go to this.
