  1. The change in attitude towards "quitting" on Twitter is laughable. Dubois got hammered yet BJS is getting a pass off the same people. I have no criticism of BJS or his team for last night's events. Glad he lost though.
  2. Need a Pulasic shot, at least 1 card for Chelsea and 3 Chelsea corners for a return of over £100 across two bets.. at this stage corners look most unlikely.
  3. I couldn't believe it 1 nil down in a CL semi final and there didn't seem any urgency from Madrid.
  4. That is when cash out sucks I was a 2nd half Madrid shot on target away from £100 profit last night Although the Benzema/Mount double up boost came in but only had £5 on it.
  5. I guess agents do varying amounts for each player. I assume foreign players for example who don't speak the language get a lot of like signing them and their families up for Doctors etc? I suppose rather than ban them you could look at their role in transfers? Quite how you would police that I am not sure?
  6. Introduce some kind of salary cap Limit the amount of players you can loan out especially to the league you are in. Sin bins for incidents like Fabinho on ASM and for dissent. Scrap VAR apart from the ability to look at off the ball incidents or if continue to use it a bit more transparency. Take a look at the parachute payments when relegated from PL.
  7. Forest Green join the shit list. Let me down on a 5 fold...
  8. I feel your pain on that one mate.. grim

Great thanks for the advice. I was going to introduce sprint sessions over the local park in, always found I burnt out really quickly doing sprints so don't think I was getting the full benefit from them?

Brilliant mate. When she is older, on long car trips, motion sickness shouldn't be an issue

    The Running Tread

I didn't think the hills in my area were that bad, however, I went to the coast this morning, it is pretty much a flat terrain and I knocked 24 seconds per KM off my 8K time. Also 12 seconds faster per KM than my quickest 7K time. Surprising the difference it makes. Was good to take in better scenery as well

    The Running Tread

I went for 8k today, started off very slow, but I must have naturally started going a bit faster, my split per KM were 12 seconds slower than my fastest 7K so I am happy enough with that for now. the last 1.5K is all uphill nothing drastic but enough to feel the difference, usually I lose a lot more time there than I did today. Thursday morning I will head to the coast to try 8K, much better views and pretty much all flat. Felt good after the run today

I use an app called Runkeeper that I track my runs on, I haven't paid for the premium service though.

No problem, it so good to see people get such a boost from something that has minimal costs. Thanks for the advice, I get a bit hung up on time, I see what some people post on Twitter then look at my splits and feel a bit demotivated. I need to learn to look past that. I think I'll add 1K to my run tomorrow, easy for my to judge as well as two laps of a small local park is 1K. I need to go a bit further afield as well, in Swansea we have some beautiful coastline and a lot better views than my local estate and park.

Just read this, that is superb Rocker. I am a bit scared of the longer distance at the moment, my main aim at the moment is to get to 10K and do a decent time and then either do a 10K race locally or here in Wales we have events called invincibl which is basically a 10K tough mudder type of thing. Done one a few years ago and my knees were in bits wasn't enjoyable at all.
